You can now add users to the Merchant Portal via the following process:
- Log into the Zip Merchant Portal
- Go to the "Users" tab and select "Invite user"
- Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite and select "Send invite". This will generate an email to the new user to invite them to the Merchant Portal.
- Select "Edit permissions"
- You can then select the permissions you would like the user to have.
