You can update the bank account you’d like to use for payouts by following these instructions:
- Log in to the Zip Merchant Portal.
- Go to the "Settings" tab and select "Log in to Stripe Connect".
- Review your account and update or verify your business information per Stripe's request. The request details can generally be found next to your business name.
- If necessary, at the bottom of the Stripe dashboard click "Contact" and request assistance verifying your contact information.
Alternatively, if you're not able to log into your Stripe account you can email them at support@stripe.com.
If your account is restricted, it may be because your bank has put a hold on Stripe deposits/withdrawals. If this is the case, we commend contacting your bank to confirm they have the correct ACH information on file. For further information, please consult this Stripe support page.
